How to Register
NOTE: We will not accept registrations over the phone.
Register by Mail or Fax
Registrants must print a PDF copy of the registration form. Forms must be completed and submitted together via fax or mail to be eligible for the group discount. Any registrations added at a later date do not qualify for the group discount or do not entitle earlier registrations to qualify for the group discount. Group discounts are not available with online registration.
